Ocean Voice and Data were successful in their bid to win the contract to supply a new telephone system to Communications International Group Limited, a publishing company based in London's West end.
We were tasked with the job of moving the data cabinet to a different location and re wiring all the CAT5, which meant working over the Easter weekend to keep business disruption to a minimum.
We worked closely with the their IT company as they were also having new servers installed.
Once the data cabinet was moved we were able to install the Samsung OS7200, double cabinet system, utilizing some of Communications International's older Samsung 12 button phones, and around 30 new Samsung 7 button phones.
Communications International also have a number of Samsungs remote IP phones for staff that work from home. Call management is done by PABX soft, which is a PC based management system.
