All our customers benefit from one year’s support and maintenance included within the purchase of their telephone system. After this period taking up our support and maintenance contract means our accredited and approved support engineers can fix any problem that you may have.
We stock all the maintenance items that may be required, although a lot of faults are rectified over the phone.
For customers that have support and maintenance with us, we offer a priority telephone number into our technical team, so we can answer questions and fix problems almost immediately.
